Everyone was very friendly and helpful, always assisting with transport and directions. Breakfast was nice and the staff helped us make coffee—just wanted a little milk instead of a latte. The bath bomb was missing in my room; I only found out when my cousin had it in hers. I mentioned it to housekeeping, who was very kind and found one for me.

The renovation was beautiful, keeping the charm while adding modern comforts. The showers were over the baths, and I slipped, ending up with major bruising on my arm. Stand‑alone showers would be better for hotels. Also, a cleaning staff member entered our cleaned room while we were inside (not sure why) without knocking, which was unsettling during our romantic holiday.

1) The space is much more than our expectations. It's not 16 square meters, honestly it seems like 26 square meters. 2) Staffs at reception are friendly and helpful. They did their best to meet our needs, especially we feel cold when taking shower, the staff on night shift gave us a Dyson heater, it was very useful, we did received warm service! 3) The view out of window was beautiful, you can see the Abbey from both side windows. 4) Decoration is classy. 5) A spacefull room near to front desk, you can open suitcase and change clothes in the room. 6) The lift is good. non

The hotel is very nice, the room is a good size and comfortable, the location is good, and the staff are lovely—everything was fine.

Friendly, efficient staff always ready to help and share great local tips, a good breakfast, a fantastic location, comfortable beds, and clean rooms—everything was perfect, no complaints at all.
