The location was good, but the host’s warmth was lacking.

“Great location, should advertise as room only.”

Parking was easy and the balcony was nice, but the mattress sloped toward the center. The bathroom sink had no hot water and no plug. The kitchen was locked until the morning, and there was no water at the sink, so we couldn’t refill the coffee machine or mop up spills. Breakfast consisted of two coffee pods and four biscuits.

“Do not ever stay there”

We were very disappointed. Finding the place was hard because it’s in a gated community; I had to call the owner three times for directions and missed the woman who was supposed to let us in, who then got upset. She yelled at us twice when we tried to park near the gate instead of in a spot. The room is on the second floor with no elevator, so heavy luggage is a problem. The owner wouldn’t let us control the air conditioning, leaving the room hot, and she wouldn’t give us the remote. In the morning we learned that a B&B had no breakfast, so we had to buy food at a grocery store for two days. The owner never made us feel welcome and we could hear her berating us in Italian in the room below. The staff aren’t on the property, so there was no help after they left.

“Very suitable and economical for a quick overnight stay and trip to the airport in the morning”

The host was very communicative and friendly, the room met expectations, and it’s close to the airport for an early‑morning getaway. The downside is the location: it’s in a locked gated community, so if you don’t have your own vehicle, the place is problematic.

“Everybody need to visit this place!😊”

The place was the nicest I've ever been to; the staff were kind and the vibe was great!😍😊😁🫣
