The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Samed at breakfast, and the room was clean, with a particularly tidy bathroom and always hot water; all basic toiletries were supplied. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, though it lacked variety for a longer stay. The main problem was the air conditioning, which was quite noisy and, even at the lowest temperature and highest fan speed, did not cool the room effectively; a service or possible replacement of the AC system would definitely improve overall comfort.

The only positives were the location and the new manager of the hotel—he hopefully will change a lot if given the chance. The deluxe room was on a corner, the noise was very unpleasant, and nothing could be done until the manager arrived the next day; the first night I couldn’t close my eyes.

It’s a good clean hotel with friendly staff, a good location, and a decent breakfast; just please don’t raise the prices, we’ll come again! Everything is great!

The staff were kind and the privacy was respected; the room was clean and comfortable. However, the facilities were poorly maintained—broken items were not repaired, we had a room without a key because it was broken, the bathroom trash bin had a torn lid, and the only blanket was a thin rough “napkin.” The street was noisy until 2:00 am with many cars and motorbikes; the air conditioner was very loud and the window could only be opened. For the money it feels like there’s little music.
