The parking spot is right in front of the hotel, and the 500 yen fee is pretty reasonable. The bed, however, feels overly soft—maybe it's worn out.

The location is good and the rooms are kept clean. The single elevator makes it slow to arrive, and it gets crowded when it finally comes.
