“Bellieri Bellissimo”

Lovely location, large airy room, air con very efficient, breakfasts were totally delicious, fridge and kettle in room, extra bedding in wardrobe, nice painted ceiling, tv (but not many chanels, I had a USB stick with some films on if I needed) but city is so vibrant and beautiful, only got back to sleep there and out early to explore. Large walk in shower, but there is a step to negotiate with wet feet. Bathroom large and airy and large mirror and good lighting. Had the Giglio room looking out across the road and river. Close to supermarket, chemist and nice restaurants within 10 mins walk. You need to navigate stone staircase with your luggage but apartment is only up 20 steps or so. We felt there was little noise, even that ear plugs were left on desk to use. With shutters and windows closed, didn't have a disturbed sleep. King size medium/soft bed. Communication was excellent and with quick response and advice when/if yo needed it. Easy to reach from airport or train station on Tram 2. €2 for 90 mins but only takes about 30mins from airport and 12ish from Station., then 5 min stroll to accommodation. Difficult to fault really, except my wife would have liked a chest of drawers to put some clothing in, not just a wardrobe, and so we needed to keep things in suitcase

The street noise was pretty loud. I sleep with ear‑plugs for a lot of noise and even then it was still a lot. The city garbage cans are outside the room and the truck passes every night between 10 pm–1 am. Having to leave and walk to a café next door isn’t ideal, but it’s not bad.

Very well connected to the historic centre and the airport. The only downside was that I had to go to the café on the side street for breakfast (the breakfast was included).

“A spotless and well-organised B&B with excellent parking facilities, delicious breakfasts, and an ideal location for”

We had a wonderful stay at this B&B. Its location is ideal when travelling by car, especially because, like many Italian cities, Florence has a ZTL (limited traffic zone). The B&B is literally just a two-minute walk from a large parking garage, where we could leave our car safely and under cover for only €15 per day. The B&B itself was very well maintained, spotless, and comfortable. One of the highlights was breakfast: the owner has a restaurant just around the corner, where every morning we enjoyed a delicious fresh breakfast with a fantastic selection of pastries, a cappuccino, and fresh orange juice. Everything was perfectly arranged. From the B&B, it was about a 25-minute walk to the historic centre of Florence. We actually enjoyed this walk very much—it was a pleasant way to start the day, and in the evening it was perfect for a relaxing stroll after dinner to help digest the meal. A lovely, clean and convenient place to stay, especially for visitors arriving by car. We would happily stay here again

“Très satisfaisant!”

The cleanliness, location, and self‑check‑in were very simple and helped by the exchanges with our hosts who were very responsive and gave us addresses. The included breakfast at the nearby café was perfect (a hot drink, a cold drink, a pastry, and a savory sandwich to choose from among a beautiful selection and delicious). The lack of total darkness at night with the typical Italian shutters can be an issue for some people and may be annoying.
