The staff were polite, knowledgeable and helpful, the neighborhood felt safe, and the room was on the smaller side.

The location is good. The staff were extremely unfriendly, except for William.

The staff were friendly and eager to help, and everyone was ready to assist right away. It isn’t a super luxury hotel, but it’s a solid spot for a night’s stay, and parking right outside the door is convenient. The only downside was that our room faced an inner courtyard, so the windows couldn’t open; the air‑conditioning worked well, so that wasn’t an issue, but I always prefer sleeping with a window open.

Everything was fine, and I liked it. The hotel doesn’t provide slippers, which I think would be a good addition for guests, and the heating could use some improvement.
