“A very pleasant stay”

The reception team delivered fantastic service, especially Vincent and manager Edgar, who were helpful, friendly, and patient. The hotel’s industrial‑style design is beautiful, and it sits in a quiet neighborhood with many cafés, restaurants, and shops, yet it’s also close to the city center. Rooms are very clean and spacious. The only downside is that corner rooms have a train passing outside the window all day, which can be noisy, and the ventilation system is fairly loud, which might bother noise‑sensitive guests. I also had trouble with the prepayment system (card issues) and the high security deposit; paying the full amount on arrival would have been easier, though this may be a country‑wide policy. Overall, the stay was pleasant and the reception staff’s outstanding service made a real difference.

“Exceptional”

The staff were exceptional, especially during the wedding held there, and Jake was outstanding, handling everything from guest arrivals to departures smoothly. I can’t think of anything negative.
