The staff are simply wonderful; Sofia at the front desk was especially friendly and created a welcoming vibe. The location is spot‑on—just a short walk to the historic centre and surrounded by cafés and restaurants. I enjoyed a very peaceful stay, though the window in my room wouldn’t open, which was a minor hassle.

The people working here are fantastic, the cleaning is consistently good, and the whole place looks beautiful. The only downside was that on a few occasions the staff talked a bit loudly, which was noticeable.
