The atmosphere was extraordinarily lovingly designed, and a warm host welcomed us. The somewhat complicated access to the building was poorly sign‑posted.

The location is ideal and the space is perfect. The person managing it ruined the experience. I booked indicating that it was for a wedding and that we would have a makeup artist and photographer; the owner made no objections. Twelve hours before the big day she started mentioning that she would want a “volunt” for the inconvenience the photographer and makeup artist might cause. The conversation stopped there. On the day of the event I kept an eye out so the visitors wouldn’t be bothersome and were as discreet and quiet as possible, since the owner lives next door. When we left the day after the wedding she again mentioned the “volunt” because it was a wedding, claiming she didn’t know, even though I had clearly informed her and even sent a portfolio of photo sessions. I insist that we didn’t feel we had disturbed by using the space. I think it was not the right moment, not before the wedding nor the day after, to worry about this. The reservation was made more than ten months in advance. There was a lack of empathy on her part. It’s a pity because the place is very beautiful and the accommodation very comfortable.
