The location, price, and amenities were fine, but the bed was uncomfortable, the bathroom door wouldn’t stay open, the toilet was messed up, two days had no breakfast staff to talk to, the pancake maker broke the last two days, the gym had no weights for a good workout, and the hot tub was off the whole time because of construction—at least mention that when booking.

The staff were friendly, and the place was very clean.

The place was completely unfashionable, and the staff were unwelcoming at check‑in, even threatening to make us leave the property simply because we asked to change a noisy room. The staff and the place were both disappointing.

The hotel sits in a convenient spot, but there’s ongoing construction that’s a bit of a distraction.

The staff were friendly and the property itself looked great, and the bed was super comfy, but the bathroom was filthy—there were hair all over the tub and shower. Paying $250 a night for that is just disgusting.
