Reception staff were very friendly and helpful with recommendations on where to park. The afternoon and evening staff were both very friendly. The double bed had broken springs that made it incredibly uncomfortable. Luckily there was another single bed in the room, so I slept on that while my wife slept on one side of the double bed. The bed needs to be replaced.

The staff were all super friendly and pleasant, very helpful and attentive especially in the morning for breakfast. We stayed in the basement triple room, which was very clean, well looked after, and a good size for what we needed. The shower is a tiny bit small, but it’s not a deal breaker. The breakfast was nice, hot, fresh, and plenty whenever we turned up for it.

It was quiet and the location was good. I don't really have anything I didn't like

Great location. Room was very comfortable. It was a brief stay so we did not sample breakfast. Although mostly fine the bathroom was a bit tired one towel shelf was a bit rusty

The spot is in a lovely area, breakfast was lovely, and the staff are very welcoming and helpful, but the double bed was small.
