The room offered a stunning view and a huge shower in the bathroom—top quality! Breakfast had a wide, rich selection from sweet to savory, and it was excellent.

The spontaneous warmth of the host, the wonderful coffee, and the abundant breakfast buffet made our day start with joy. It was extremely quiet at night and the climate was very pleasant. The house and rooms are kept absolutely clean. The village of Manerba del Garda is breathtakingly beautiful, historically rich, surrounded by olive groves and the nearby lake, and we look forward to returning. The locals are especially friendly and greet you on the street. There are several excellent Italian restaurants nearby. Wi‑Fi is available at no extra cost. The parking by the house is great—just drive through the gate and it’s safely protected. The route through the old town is a bit narrow, but it’s still doable without getting scratched. The view from the large room window is especially soothing. The issue isn’t just the accommodation. Mosquitoes bite even in October; a simple spray works, and this applies to the whole lakeside area. From 1 October the season ends and many hotels and restaurants close.

Silvia is so welcoming and sunny that you can’t help but feel at home; the room was very clean and spacious. It was a real shame to spend only one night there!
