The experience was very disappointing: rooms were not properly cleaned, there was a strong cigarette smell, and dust was everywhere. The room was in unacceptable condition and clearly needs better cleaning and maintenance.

Absolutely pathetic experience at Flute Boutique Hotel. I am currently staying here and the AC in my room is not working properly since check-in. I repeatedly called the reception and informed them multiple times about the issue, but nobody cared enough to solve it. First they acted like they would fix it, then completely stopped responding. They are not even picking up calls on their personal numbers or the landline anymore. After waiting for more than an hour, the same issue continued and nobody bothered to follow up. This is the level of “service” they provide. The staff is extremely unprofessional, careless, and irresponsible. For the amount they charge, the hospitality is honestly embarrassing. If you want basic comfort and decent customer service, never book this hotel. Completely ruined the stay. Absolutely pathetic experience at Flute Boutique Hotel. The mattresses were comfy, I'll give them that. But that's about where the positives end. The staff seemed really unprepared and didn't speak much English, which made things tough. They gave us a room that didn't match the photos and was dirty and old - it took three changes to get a room that was anything like what we paid for. I'm disappointed, especially since I had a great stay here two years ago. Hopefully they'll sort things out.

I was really put off by the management's behavior - they asked for a 50% advance payment even though the property was fully booked. When I questioned this, they denied sending the message and claimed they hadn't even accepted my booking, which seemed highly unprofessional.
