Lo más destacable es su personal y ubicación, ellos siempre sonrientes y prestos a resolver tus dudas o solicitudes. La cama King, muy cómoda. Se me olvidaba el cómodo y buen parqueadero que tiene en su sótano. La verdad mucho por mejorar. El hotel es concepto gringo típico Marriott, muy lúgubre, aburrido y triste en cuanto a decoración y mobiliario. El TV es del periodo jurásico, y súper pequeño, de calidad de 2 pixeles, súper viejo. El desayuno muy regular, aunque el consomé estaba bueno. Justo antes de entrar al ascensor para ir a las habitaciones se sentía un olor raro y nada agradable. La iluminación en habitación y en el hotel, muy triste y lúgubre, para estar en Cali

The hotel’s location is very convenient, but the common areas, especially the elevators, smell like food in preparation—perhaps the kitchen is poorly placed and lacks ventilation, causing the odor to concentrate in the hotel.
