The location is great and the staff are friendly. There wasn’t much to complain about; breakfast was a bit limited but manageable.

The staff are excellent, helpful, and welcoming, and the kitchen is great—especially the vegetable salads and dressings. The only downside was that the whirlpool only opened at 15:00; I was exhausted after a bike trip and really wanted to use it.

“weekend stay at the end of ski season which we really enjoyed.”

The staff were friendly and very supportive, the location is good, the food was tasty, the wellness area was perfect, the wine was good, and the atmosphere was nice and kind. We really appreciated and valued the warm support, help, and advice from everyone at the end of our stay when my wife suffered an ACL rupture injury during downhill skiing. The only issue was that there were no meals available on the first evening when we arrived a little late.

“Boli sme spokojní s tak s kvalitou ubytovania ako aj s kvalitou raňajok. Čistota a poriadok.”

The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of everything; the fresh bread was especially tasty. The coffee was one of the best I've had in hotels so far. The room lacked a kettle, but the front‑desk staff loaned me one when I asked. A blanket would also be a nice addition for the colder nights. The pillows were superb.

Everything was perfect, from the very friendly reception to the great room and the awesome wellness area.
