They charged me more and gave me only 12 hours when I checked in the previous night at 8 pm but had to check out at 11 am. In Tirupati, even Ekanta Regalia and other hotels give 24‑hour check‑in, but here only 12 hours were offered at the front office.

I'm still trying to wrap my head around the whole experience at this hotel. We booked it online expecting a decent place to crash for the night, but what we got was a shabby room and a washroom that was straight out of a horror movie. The corridor light on the 2nd floor wasn't working, which only added to the eerie atmosphere. We ended up checking out after just an hour, but the staff refused to budge on our request for a 50% refund, which was pretty unacceptable.

This hotel's food was seriously impressive - the breakfast spread was huge and the dinner options were always fresh and delicious. The staff in the restaurant were friendly and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. Unfortunately, the rooms themselves were a bit of a letdown. The decor was a bit dated and the bathroom was tiny, but the cleanliness was spotless.
