Baymont by Wyndham Augusta Riverwatch

The location and room size were perfect.

The location was spot‑on, the breakfast was solid, and overall the stay turned out to be excellent.

“Overall I would definitely booked for a reservation again”

The place was clean, the location was great, and the staff was very friendly.

“I would never pay $186 to stay in a room like this again I don’t care if it did come with the Jacuzzi I didn’t even get”

I appreciated that the property was close to where I needed to go at the time, but it turned out people chose other hotels because it seemed like nobody was there and it didn’t even appear to be open at first. I didn’t like how a lot of things looked old and outdated, and when I entered my room I saw that whoever the housekeeper was had put bloody sheets on the bed. The toilet was disgusting; whoever cleaned it did a piss‑poor job, with pubic hair and brown spots, and the mirror hadn’t been wiped down.

I liked the pool and the breakfast, but the staff felt a bit irritable toward guests.
