The staff were friendly, the location was convenient for getting around and quiet at night, the rooftop was a lovely space to relax, and the restaurant will bring up food. The building looks old and tired; we visited in summer when it was often cloudy, which probably didn’t help the dampness.

The rooms are clean and breakfast is good. It is far from Mall Road, too high to walk to during the stay, and does not offer good value for money. Small to medium rooms lack outside lighting or a view and have no proper ventilation, which can feel suffocating when coming from outside. The small bed does not provide enough space to sleep with a 4‑year‑old child, and lunch or dinner items are very expensive.

The hotel is near the TV tower and a few hundred meters from Mall Road; Sumitel Vista offers stunning views from most rooms and the restaurant. The top‑floor deck provides a 360‑degree view. The room was spacious, clean, and had all basic amenities. Food at the restaurant was very good and catered to our needs, especially our kids enjoyed it. The staff were courteous and always smiled during our chats. Wi‑Fi was excellent. The reception can book cars for sightseeing at a decent price, and we were satisfied with the service. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended. Improvements: a few more fixtures in the bathroom would help keep toiletries organized, and the restaurant could add more local dishes to the menu.

Property is very good but only 1 thing is that it is far from mall road ao it is not easy to go there for tourist via walk. All thing is perfect
