The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the rooms and bathrooms were spacious. The laundry service and day spa were excellent, but the bed felt a bit too firm for my back.

I chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and for the sauna and spa. While the exterior looked beautiful, the interior felt very old; the corridor was dated, the carpet in my room was old and smelled, the walls had fungus, and the toilet door wouldn't close because humidity had changed its shape.

The service and staff were wonderful—very attentive, helpful, and careful. Some renovations caused a bit of noise.

I learned that they had been downgraded; I didn't receive the Theorin room I paid for my son's wedding night. The night staff were rude, and even though I specifically booked a late checkout and a sea view, I ended up with a room facing the courtyard.
