Everything was perfect – the hosts were amazing, rooms spotless, the setting was beautiful and quiet, yet still close to all the attractions.

Very warm, very clean, and Marianna and her husband were extremely hospitable. The location is excellent – just a five‑minute walk to the gondola.

Found a fabulous budget, traditional family‑run hotel near the main gondola, ski hire, après bars, and great restaurants. While it doesn’t have luxury, the owners Marianna and her husband made the stay feel five‑star, arranging airport transfers, accommodating a very late check‑in, keeping the room super toasty, cooking fresh omelettes every morning, and serving the best coffee in Bansko. Excellent value, would stay again if I return.
