The façade was lovely and the staff friendly, but the cleaning fell far short of expectations; the room had so many hygiene issues that I left immediately, so I can’t comment on comfort or food. The staff were nice and the outdoor areas great, so it was a shame.

The food was bland, the selection was small, and there simply wasn’t enough food for the number of guests.

The breakfast, dinner, and staff were all excellent, but when we arrived on Monday the restaurant was closed and there was no sign indicating its hours, so we couldn’t even make a cup of coffee, which we missed.

The building looks lovely outside and the common dining area is quite charming, but the room was nothing like the photos; everything was old, the carpet and bathroom were worn, the hair dryer was cheap, and there were few towels. The room and bathroom were never cleaned.
