The breakfast was good and the place was clean, but the so‑called suite was tiny, and when they tried to refund my deposit they claimed they didn’t have my card on file even though I’d used the same card at their establishment three times; the card they had on file wasn’t mine, and after I proved my card was used three times they initially declined the refund, then finally issued it to the card they said they had no record of—an absolute mess.

The bed was super comfy, but the parking required a scan‑to‑pay system, which I didn’t find problematic but had never used before.

The room itself was nice, yet the front desk clerk was rude and dismissive; as a single parent with two kids, she made us wait thirty minutes in our car at 2 a.m., while a drunk man and a hooker checked in without any issue.

The room was super comfortable and clean, breakfast was excellent with allergy‑friendly options, staff were helpful and kind, the pool was nice, and the overall facilities were comfortable and aesthetically pleasing, though parking was only included for $10 a night.
