The reception staff gave terrible service, and the food was very bad.

Food was ok. The vip club was outstanding and the gardens amazing. Employees very nice and ready to help, but at the reception desk they has to many things to do and get overwhelmed, sometimes it was only one person for registration, towels, etc. Rooms and bathrooms scream for a renewal, food was good but could be better, need a place or 2 to drop off towels instead the reception desk. Replace the towels and linens. New years with a folklore show wasn’t the best! The place in general is to expensive fir what you offered

The receptionist’s attitude was terrible.

The location, exterior, garden, pool, and view were great. The rooms were very basic and noisy, with constant background noise. The food was lacking.
