“Superbe expérience”
The setting is pleasant and clean, especially calm, spacious and good for walks. The staff listen and respond quickly, and security is excellent with on‑site police. Two areas that could improve: the food is good but pricey, which makes you want to eat outside (not ideal for the hotel), and there were mosquitoes in my room—nothing severe for one night, but still annoying.

Everything needs a review: the doors, rooms, TVs, breakfast, and bar‑restaurant. Security is also a real issue; at night men who had mistaken the room could open our bungalow door because it didn’t close properly—a very unsettling and unacceptable situation. At the bar‑restaurant we sat for over 45 minutes without a server coming to take our order or offer anything; meanwhile the staff chatted among themselves, ignoring customers. We eventually left the bar‑restaurant without being served, a very disappointing experience. The establishment requires a serious overhaul in equipment and service quality.

The pool is nice, but the standards are far below a four‑star level. Many facilities are broken, worn, the hotel looks old, and it lacks charm for the price.
