This was my second stay as a senior, so I booked again because the mobility was easy and the staff were great; the subway station and bus stop are nearby, I can flush toilet paper, the bed firmness is just right for me, there were no uncomfortable parts and everyone was kind, and the morning coffee service was good.

The staff were courteous and friendly, Japanese is OK, the place is convenient for everywhere you want to go, the night market (small but) is a few minutes' walk, a convenience store is close, a taxi to Matsuyama Airport takes about 10 minutes, and the currency exchange from Japanese yen is just a little better than at the airport.
