The neighborhood and proximity to Roma Termini made it ideal. We even managed to check in a few hours early to drop off our luggage. There were a few steps to navigate with our large luggage, but fortunately there was an elevator that took us most of the way up.

Good location, plenty of space. A cleaner and drying towels would be great.

The location was very convenient, the room was clean, and the host was generally kind and responsive. When we asked for the air‑conditioning remote, she provided it immediately. We paid €170 for one night plus €14 in city tax, €184 in total. At that price, we expected significantly better value for money. The main issue was that it was not clear from the listing that we were booking a room inside a shared apartment, with the kitchen and common areas also used by other guests. The private bathroom being outside the room was clearly stated, so I have no complaint about that. While searching for accommodation in Rome, we saw other listings for rooms in shared apartments where this was made very clear. Here, we did not find a similarly clear explanation. After our stay, we also noticed that other guests had raised a similar concern about the shared nature of the accommodation not being sufficiently clear before booking. Air conditioning was listed as a room facility, but the remote control was not available in the room and had to be requested. Although the host provided it immediately, I would still expect access to an advertised room facility to be available from the start. During the night, we experienced loud mechanical noise and vibrations from a nearby unit whenever water was being used. The noise was clearly noticeable inside the room and strong enough to disturb us. In addition, during our short stay we killed eight mosquitoes inside the room, which added to the discomfort. Overall, considering the price and the experience we received, the value for money was very disappointing.
