The friendliness of the staff was exceptional and particularly notable. Overall, the atmosphere in the building was very pleasant and I felt completely comfortable there. I can easily imagine staying there again for a hiking holiday. What would improve the room setup is a kettle and a small fridge. The breakfast buffet was plentiful but leaned heavily on meat; I would have liked more vegetarian and vegan options.

Everything was simply beautiful! Very friendly people, a great hotel and a wonderful setting, like paradise. The breakfast was excellent, with good egg dishes and a great selection – all very fresh and regional. I thought long and hard, but I can’t find any issues – everything was perfect! Thank you for a lovely stay.

A touch of luxury after some stretches on the E5? Look no further, you’re absolutely right here. The rooms, restaurant, and breakfast were dreamy. I would come back anytime and highly recommend it. Nothing comes to mind that’s negative.

The location is perfect in the very heart of the village, yet the rooms and overall atmosphere remain very quiet and peaceful. The rooms, saunas, and pool are excellent, all brand‑new and extremely clean. The breakfast was outstanding, with plenty of options, including freshly made eggs and omelets prepared to order. The staff were extremely polite, attentive, and always ready to help, and they also have a great wine selection. The dinner on our first night was disappointing: the lamb roast arrived cold inside, giving the impression it had been reheated from the fridge. Even though it was one of the pricier dishes, the portion was mostly bones with only a small amount of meat, so it was definitely not worth the price. The salmon was also nothing special – I’ve had much better, and I honestly prepare it better at home. We didn’t try any of the other dinner options because on the following days we were out all day eating at mountain huts and restaurants and didn’t feel like having dinner at the hotel. Overall, the hotel is excellent, especially the outstanding breakfast, but the dinner experience was clearly below the standard of the rest of the hotel.
