I booked a room with a bath because I’d just come back from a long flight and needed hot water to ease my compressed vertebrae, but the bath plug wouldn’t turn; I didn’t bother to call the staff because it was late, and while the hot water and pressure were excellent so I could shower, I was still disappointed.

The room was fine and the shuttle worked well, and overall everything was good.

The staff were very accommodating when my flight was diverted to Minneapolis.

The check‑in clerk was amazing, but the room smelled like damp laundry.
