The Ralen Hotel is among the best in the area; in the name of God, it is beautiful, clean, and better than many five‑star hotels. Honestly, it’s the first time I’ve seen such cleanliness, good service, and the manager, Mr. Abdel Salam, the chef, and the housekeeping staff are all excellent. God willing, this won’t be the last time I stay here; it’s a well‑known place to stay in the area. The Ralen Hotel. The interaction from Mr. Abdel Salam to the chef and the staff, and the cleanliness of the hotel, are all good.
