We asked for a kettle and cups for the room, and they were provided; the breakfast room on the upper floor offered a nice view, and parking in front of the hotel was free. The breakfast itself was very simple, but for one night it was okay.

It was great that we could check in late and the lady asked if we wanted to extend our stay the next day :) The location was fine, with about 23 places to eat nearby. The breakfasts were average.

The staff were very helpful and the location was superb, but the toilet room smelled like sewage and the odor didn’t go away, which was unpleasant.

I stayed there for just one night – we chose the hotel because of its proximity to the bus stop we used to go to Tbilisi. One night was okay, but if someone plans a longer stay and wants a place in the city center, I would suggest a hotel in the old town.
