The reception was great, and Monica, the director, was very responsive; when we told her our original room was very noisy, she quickly arranged a quieter room with a view. Breakfast was good, and the location was convenient for exploring the surroundings of Lake Garda. The underground parking was a plus. The only complaint was the limited quantity of some breakfast items, and the location relative to Sirmione, though that wasn't our priority.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and they were very suitable for guests traveling with pets! The only issue was that I couldn't.

The rooftop pool was nice, and the free bicycles were a bonus. We were given a lousy room and had to ask for a change. The hotel manager was extremely rude and treated us very poorly throughout our stay; she should take a charm course or at least focus on paperwork instead of people. The rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nice Quiet location, close to bus stops and supermarket. Lovely pool area. Lovely clean rooms. Good breakfast. No negatives
