I was shocked when they cancelled my booking just a day before my stay without even a word to me. Luckily, my team managed to find another hotel at the last minute, but it was a huge hassle. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

This place was a real gem. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the friendly staff, the clean and modern decor, and the comfortable rooms. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center, and the breakfast was top-notch. I was a bit worried about the price, but it was well worth it - I'd definitely stay here again.

I've stayed in my fair share of hotels, but this one really stands out. From the moment I walked in, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and the room was spotless and comfy. The location is also perfect - right in the heart of the city, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The only thing I'd say is that the hotel's website makes it look a bit more luxurious than it actually is, but that's a minor quibble.
