Checking in was smooth, but arriving at 1 AM exhausted, the room wasn’t cleaned, the night desk clerk seemed clueless and handed me bedding in a black garbage bag, then I found water dripping from the ceiling with black mold and a terrible odor; they refunded the second night, but I had to book another hotel at 1 AM—don’t waste money here.

Convenient. Kibble on the floor. Blood on the duvet. Checked in about 9:00pm after an afternoon college football game (paid over $250 as a result). The desk clerk did not seem to be familiar with checking in. At 11:00pm our room phone rang (we were asleep)… it was the front desk asking whether we had a dog (we did not). We have stayed here before and been satisfied with the facility. This time was not satisfactory

The place was infested with fleas; nothing else was positive.

The room was comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the staff made sure the food was replenished. However, the staff assigned us a different room at check‑in and the rest of the team was unaware of the change. I don’t expect the beds to be made, but rooms should be checked for tissues and toilet paper every couple of days.
