The pools and location were fine, and we really liked our beach‑view room with plenty of pool options and good opening and closing times. However, as a smoke‑free property, I couldn’t use my balcony because people were smoking weed below or above us. A cockroach on the pool deck inside was unpleasant, the Murphy bed looked disgusting and I wouldn’t even pull it out, the furniture had seen better days, and I had to put a blanket on the couch to sit.

The pools and location were fine, but they require guests to wear armbands to use the pool. We were there two days before a security guard mentioned something, and when I asked the front desk about it, they said yes! I asked why we were not informed at check‑in and where the signs were; they could not answer. More people smoked on the pool and at the entrances to the property! Room keys kept demagnetizing every day except today, so we had to get a new room key.

The location was good and the staff were nice. There was no lounge to have a drink, no coffee on site, so you have to bring everything you want to eat or drink. It’s a nice resort, and the ladies at the front desk were very helpful and helped us book two more nights.
