I stayed at the hotel for 05 days (I had been there earlier that year and without doubt you are the best)!!!! The experience has been excellent in every way. The facilities are great, the environment is pleasant, and everything is very well cared for. I give special thanks to the breakfast team, who were extremely attentive, polite, and welcoming throughout my stay. Every morning I was greeted with friendliness, affection, and professionalism, making my mornings even more special. Congratulations to the entire team for the excellent work and dedication in providing such a pleasant experience for guests. I will definitely take great memories from this place and recommend it to others. I have nothing to complain about; everything was perfect.

The breakfast was good, but the staff had no protocol and kept cracking jokes and sharing personal opinions. The air‑conditioning made an unbearable noise, so I had to pack up all my stuff and switch rooms. The second room had a floor covered in sand that needed sweeping, the conditioner container was empty, and the elevator was extremely slow—overall a terrible experience.

The hotel is in a great location, has a tasty breakfast, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The only issue was the difficulty finding the building because there is little signage on the façade and the name is different.
