The service was excellent and the location is perfect for shoppers, but if you’re into Thai food, the Adeline restaurant menu could use more Thai dishes.

Everything was superb—from the lobby, rooms, ambiance, service, cleanliness, to the luxury of Siam Paragon Mall right next to the hotel.

We stayed in the themed two‑bedroom kids room and it was incredible; the fine attention to every detail, the added games, and the drawing board made our kids fall in love with the space. The hotel itself is simply stunning and beautiful, breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in Thailand, and all the staff were amazing.

The service, the room, and especially the shower were great, but it was too cold everywhere; the temperature gap between outside and inside was huge.
