Friendly hosts who went out of their way to make every moment interesting and comfortable, knew local attractions and amenities, and were generous with sharing culture and food. Located in a lovely garden overlooking the sea. The facility is quite new and the kitchen needs a few more items, but I’m sure these will be added soon.

Everything was great! Really clean and comfortable place! We are so happy with our accommodation! The host, landlord and her wife are really nice and helpful people, they help us with everything! We will never forget that! Delicious breakfast! Thank you for your goodness 🙏. Everything was great!

The host let us use the entire top floor of his house; it was very spacious and clean. There is no privacy. The host freaked us out—at one time he wandered upstairs carrying a large knife (in a non‑threatening manner) which I hadn’t asked for or needed, so it was a bit weird! Le Monne Brabant is a one‑horse town without a horse! There is nowhere to eat out, no shops, and the locals made us feel distinctly unwelcome (midnight a car stopped outside the house, blasted music, then screeched off down the road, twice in one night). We left prematurely.

The host was genuinely friendly and even assisted us in finding nearby food and water spots, but there was no potable water on the premises. The bedroom and bathroom were swarmed with midges, and it would have helped to have bug spray available beforehand.
