The breakfast was very good, the location excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, but the first‑floor room was very spacious yet on a terrace that people used to reach other rooms, it was hot and you couldn’t leave the window door open at night.

The property was very clean, the staff warm, kind, and always ready to help; they offered several excursions to enjoy the region’s natural beauty, the food was delicious and service superb, and the value for money was excellent. The only thing I would change is the pillows in the rooms – they were too soft and low; replacing them with ergonomic orthopedic pillows would add extra comfort, and I would expand the breakfast with more local products, even though it’s already varied and great.

The location and beds were comfortable, yet the hotel staff were not friendly at all: they greeted us before saying welcome, asked for documents impatiently while I was looking for them, didn’t explain or show us around, and we only learned how to enter the hotel at night from another guest. Breakfast was cleared at 10 even though the sign said it was served until 10:15, while I was still serving myself fruit.

The price was high and not justified for the quality of the room, which also had a broken water box and a faulty toilet.
