I was offered an alternative stay in the city, with a restaurant below, a beach nearby, and the main city street close by. The room was spacious and tidy. I wasn’t told beforehand that rooms can’t be rented for a single night, yet an alternative city accommodation was suggested. The smell of cats in the stairwell was unpleasant.

“Schöne Lage und Natur aber renovierungsbedürftig.”

A lovely old estate in a great spot, very quiet and peaceful. The breakfast we ordered was delivered each morning, truly tasty and varied. The owner was very friendly, helpful, and easy to reach. The communal kitchen was well equipped, but unfortunately not very clean; it seems guests are expected to tidy up themselves. The rooms were clean but a bit worn. The bathroom in our room was disastrous: the shower door was broken and wouldn’t close fully. The bathroom rug was ancient, as was the toilet seat. We avoided using the pool because it was green.

The pictures didn’t match reality. The pool water was green, and the four‑person cabin only had three blankets and three pillows; there was no soap. The bathroom floor was cracked, and instead of a proper tap there was a shower head. The cabin was in a terrible state, with wooden windows that leaked. The toilet made noise and filled up all night. No mention was made of a dirt road through the forest. Reception was empty; to check in you had to call and wait for someone to come and hand over the keys. The grounds were neglected, with no paths, just walking through wet grass.

“Bitte dringend sanieren und Fotos aktualisieren!”

Lage der Anlage: Abgelegen ohne Straßenlärm. Nur 5 Minuten von der nächsten Stadt mit Hafen (Ryn). Die Anlage hätte viel Potenzial. Der Vermieter hat sofort versucht, auf unsere Kritik zu reagieren. Das Frühstück war sehr gut!!! Es wurde uns täglich geliefert. Es war abwechslungsreich. Hier wurde nicht gespart! Ein direkt angrenzender Teich lud zum Angeln ein. Jacuzzi war okay. Nicht mehr 100 % funktionsfähig. Hängematten und Liegen auf der Wiese zur freien Verfügung. Badminton Platz mit Netz. Die Sauberkeit und die Ausstattung lassen sehr zu wünschen übrig. Verstopfte Abflüsse, dreckige Schränke, stark benutzte Toilettenbürsten. Die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher waren abgenutzt. Keine Matratzenschoner. Wasserschäden an den Decken. Kein Insektenschutz an den Fenstern. Der Pool war nach unserer Einschätzung nicht nutzbar. Er war grün und die Farbe des Pools blätterte ab. Die Gemeinschaftsküche wurde im Vorfeld nicht gereinigt. Wir mussten nach Lappen und Spülmittel fragen. Der Eimer war noch voll. Die Schränke und einige Teile des Mobiliar waren kaputt und sehr abgenutzt. Die Duschtüren konnten entweder nicht geschlossen werden oder nicht weit genug geöffnet werden zum Eintreten

Great location, beautifully landscaped garden, comfortable beds, a large terrace, and lovely staff. Excellent phone contact with the owners, who resolve any issue if it arises; if they don’t answer, they call back immediately. The pool water was neglected, the swings and playground were falling apart, and the grass around the pond was poorly mowed.
