The staff were great, but it felt quite musty.

The hotel was amazing, with first‑class cleanliness and staff helpful all the time. The room was comfortable and had extra toiletries, tea, coffee and biscuits. It was very quiet at night. We had an anniversary meal in one of their pods, which was also amazing; the food was delicious and Adrian looked after us during the meal, a top guy. I would highly recommend.

The property is a nice spot with gorgeous lawns and a charming restaurant and bar, but there’s no tea or coffee left in the room.

The housekeeping staff were rude, knocking on my door at 1 minute past checkout and then again a few minutes later, all while complaining that I wasn’t out of the room.
