The location is close to the historic centre and the host is welcoming and friendly, but finding the 3rd floor in a typical residential building is almost impossible, and breakfast is a DIY affair based on pre‑made products.

The room was clean, parking was nearby, the centre was not far, the bed was very comfortable, and the room was spacious.

The property is close to the centre, 1.2 km on foot, with parking available. The room has an en‑suite bathroom and a very convenient terrace, fully equipped with air conditioning and a drying rack, and everything is clean. I will book here again if I return to Lanciano.
