“It was a fun, relaxing and pleasant experience”
The facility was modern, the staff were courteous and respectful, our room was spacious and well equipped, and the meals were great. They had a shuttle from the Shinkansen station and provided a return trip to the train station. Our hostess (nakai‑San) was impeccable, she saw that my wife’s meals were updated to her likes and dislikes to the best of her abilities even though it was short notice. They provided us an awesome experience we’ve rarely experienced and ensured our stay was nice, so I would recommend staying at this facility.
