The property is very close to Terlizzi’s center and is a warm, welcoming, and comfortable place for three people. Minimal but functional. The owner was extremely helpful and quickly arranged a Schuko adapter for a faulty socket that prevented the iron from working. Coffee, cutlery, a convenient sink, a medium fridge, TV, and air conditioning are provided. Towels are changed every two days. The rooms and kitchen share one space, and the areas don’t have a door or curtain to separate guests. The bathroom and shower are spacious, especially the shower area, but there should be at least a small fan—unfortunately there’s no window or balcony for ventilation, and the only small folding window is on the entrance door, which must be kept closed if the AC is on. Wi‑Fi was absent; it’s obvious that in a vacation spot you spend most of the day outside and only return to sleep, but considering the place is enclosed and the mobile signal struggles in some spots, Wi‑Fi is essential (now it’s everywhere). Parking is another issue: the whole area is free and there are no paid strips; it would be ideal to have a reserved spot for the B&B in front of the entrance, especially for loading and unloading luggage. A few evenings I had to make several rounds for at least twenty minutes waiting for a space to become available.

The linens were changed halfway through the stay, the beds were comfortable, and everything needed for cooking was available. The area is a bit noisy, with many cars and motorcycles passing in front.

“Perfetto come appoggio di qualche giorno.”

The renovation was well done, and the arch feature gives the place an original touch, even the shower is unique and eye‑catching (like a cave). The cleanliness is excellent. Another positive is the coolness of the accommodation, even with the hot outside and without turning on the air conditioner. The spaces are really tight. We were three and had to take turns because the table takes up too much space. Fortunately, we stayed only two days, but thinking about staying longer (with the intention of cooking) would have been a problem.
