Boutique Hotel Jardines de Palerm, a restored 17th‑century estate near San José de Sa Talaia, boasts terraced gardens, two infinity pools, and private terraces with sun loungers in every room. Natural stone and wood décor frame Mediterranean Sea views. A scenic hiking trail begins behind the hotel, while restaurants, bars, shops, Ibiza Town (12 km) and beaches (≈5 km) lie nearby.

I’m thrilled we chose this hidden gem! The 11‑room boutique hotel exudes an authentic, warm, and charming vibe, surrounded by lush greenery and impeccably clean, comfy rooms. The restaurant is a must‑visit, offering a romantic setting, fantastic food, and attentive staff. Breakfast was delicious, and I even joined a yoga class on their stunning deck overlooking Ibiza’s landscape, guided by a fantastic teacher—a perfect start to the day. The pool area is lovely, and you can skip the beach and enjoy the cozy beds instead. The location is a bonus: a short four‑minute walk along a charming path leads to the village of San José, where you’ll find cute cafés and local restaurants. I can’t recommend this hotel enough; it embodies authenticity, charm, exceptional cuisine, beautiful surroundings, and a wonderful atmosphere. It’s become one of my favorite spots in Ibiza, and I’ll definitely return for a longer stay next time.

Il y a peu de chambres et beaucoup de petits espaces, terrasses et deux piscines. Vous pouvez donc presque vous sentir comme à la maison avec votre intimité. Le personnel est top et très accueillant. Et le restaurant juste à côté (imbriqué) est incroyable …une magnifique expérience culinaire. …
