Bagaimana tamu menilai properti ini, aspek demi aspek.
The spot is great because it’s close to the beach, but the apartment was drenched in a strong damp smell, filthy everywhere, with a kitchen full of spider webs. Both rooms had tiny beds that felt more like sarcophagi, and there was no lighting in any of the rooms.

The view was decent, but the windows were dirty and the double glass had moisture. The room felt messy, no curtains in most of the rooms—only one had them.

Everything was great, Gregorio was super helpful. The only thing that bothered me was that the owners live on the second floor, so you can hear the noise from the ground floor. Just a small detail.

The neighborhood is nice, but the place smells damp and I wouldn’t stay on the ground floor.

Close to the lake, but the dining‑living area lacks armchairs—just long benches by the table.
