I've booked this place twice because of its convenient location, but my last two visits were a disaster. Both times, I showed up on a holiday weekend (Christmas and Valentine's Day) and found the office closed with no one around. I had to drive to the next town to find a room. It's unacceptable that this place is still listed on booking platforms.

I arrived at 3:30 PM on Christmas Day, expecting to check in, but the office was empty and the phone wasn't answered. The owner told me he was out of town and wouldn't be back until 8 PM, leaving me stranded in an unfamiliar town with nowhere to go. Needless to say, I won't be staying here again.

My stay here was a nightmare. The bathroom was filthy, with feces on the wall, and the floor was littered with dead roaches. To make matters worse, I was infested with bedbugs, which left me suffering from painful bites.

I booked this place for its low rate of $33.00 per night, but it was a run-down facility that fell short of expectations. The non-smoking room had burn holes in the comforter, and the linens were dingy. I ended up sleeping in my clothes on top of the bed.

I was charged for my stay after I'd already paid, which was a frustrating experience. It's basic customer service to not try to double-charge guests.
