The location is spectacular. Unfortunately, the same care given to the exterior isn’t applied to the rooms; the bathroom is subpar, the pool is full of pigeons, and breakfast is almost non‑existent.

The breakfast was great, the location is close to the dunes and walkable, the rooms are freshly redecorated and roomy, and the staff are very friendly. The dinner prices are high, the pool could be beautiful but isn’t maintained (green, loungers covered in pigeon droppings, etc.) and is used by stray dogs from the area.

I admit that reading earlier reviews made me a little nervous about staying here and I almost changed my booking, but it turned out to be completely unnecessary; the hotel is fantastic! The staff are unobtrusive yet extremely kind, courteous, and helpful. The whole place has a wonderful vibe and is tastefully decorated. The view of the Sahara is simply breathtaking! The lack of a fence separating the hotel from the desert gives an amazing sense of space and closeness to nature, and big applause goes to the staff for their effort in constantly removing sand—thanks to that you can enjoy the view without any obstacles. It would be nice if the hotel had an official price list for extra services and a menu.

“Toll”

The room was very nice, the bed wasn’t too soft or too hard. Dinner was fantastic and highly recommended. The staff were very friendly, especially Mohamed. The proximity to the dunes was great. The pool cushions need to be replaced. Wi‑Fi in the room was poor. Being the only guests made it feel a bit spooky, but that’s understandable.

It's an epic spot with sand dunes by the sitout and pool. Staff are extremely friendly, polite and helpful and the rooms are spacious
