The facilities and breakfast are great. The staff were lovely and very accommodating.
“Séjour à refaire comme d habitude”
I want to thank all the staff from reception to the cleaning lady and even the restaurant and pool staff, who made no effort to spare in making our stay pleasant. Thanks to Natalia for the complimentary upgrade. Nothing in particular to note.
“Excelente sitio para vacaciones familiares”
The food was a perfect 10 in quality, comparable to a 5‑star hotel in variety and taste. The rooms are excellent apartments, very comfortable if you travel with family and little kids. The kids’ areas and activities are great. The pool is very clean. Overall, very family‑friendly and I would definitely return. The cleaning was spot‑on. The spa could use some improvement.
The location is good. The buffet breakfast offers a lot of choices, is very busy, but well stocked. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are super clean. There was a slight bathroom smell on arrival, but it wasn’t enough to bring to the staff’s attention.
“Good to stay in a 4 star hotel that truly felt 4 star!”
Facilities were excellent and the accommodation very comfortable. There was a great selection of food and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The place was super clean. I didn’t find anything I really disliked. The hotel sits on a hill, which sometimes made the climb a bit of a workout, but taxis were readily available. The shuttle bus service offered by the hotel was poor.
