I really enjoyed the stay! The pousada is in a great spot near nature, surrounded by lush greenery and a spacious area that makes everything feel even more tranquil and cozy. It was a delightful experience and I’ll definitely come back. I recommend it for anyone looking to relax close to nature. The breakfast was good, though a bit more variety could have been offered, but nothing detracted from the overall experience.

The inn is a nice spot to unwind, and the manager is genuinely kind and attentive, always checking on guests’ comfort. Its location near Mascate waterfall and close to downtown Belo is a plus. However, we arrived to find no toilet paper or face towels, the bathroom drain was clogged, the pools stayed covered, and the TV wouldn’t connect. To make matters worse, our chalet was set back from the lake, garden, and pool views that had originally drawn us here.

“Gostei demais da estadia”

I really liked everything about the place – the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome. It was such a pleasant stay that I’m already planning to bring my family back next time. I can’t think of any complaints at all.
