The location. No one respected my reservation. They made me pay for another room. The power went out and they didn’t turn the lights back on until the next day. We spent the whole night without light.

Very nice facilities, comfortable, clean, great view, very friendly staff and tasty food. It’s a bit hidden to get to, but that’s a minor detail.

The location and view are unbeatable, and the rooms are very spacious. The pool area is shaded by the hotel, breakfast—though included—only came after insisting and was disappointing, and there are no fridges in the rooms.
